Weird that there are 2 reviews (a 5 star and a 4 star) and the overall is a 3.5.
I bought a lifetime subscription from one of the crowdfunding offers and have been ordering toiletries here for a couple of years. So far I dig the lightly scented shower products, dish soap (the best) toothpaste/floss (the best), hand cream and menstrual care products. I'm not a huge fan of the flavors in some of the grocery items I've tried but the generic stuff are fine.
I dissected the ingredients list of the hand cream per Paula's Choice dictionary because I was curious why I liked it so much. Everything was good or above average with the exception of a couple items that didn't come up. That's pretty good for a generic brand but it's often sold out and I can't find it on their website at the moment.
The skincare products are probably ok for someone with minimal skincare needs. I have oily/combo skin and they weren't for me. I'm also comparing them to my 1000 step routine.
Overall, their household products have quickly become my faves. I like that they are constantly improving their products. I've noticed a formula change in tp, toothpaste and dish soap.

I recently collaborated with them on Instagram and was gifted their lavender vanilla candle, facial cleanser, and moisturizer and I'm very satisfied with all three items! Not only is the minimalistic packaging perfect, but each product has the best ingredients that aren't harmful to you or the environment. Public Goods is definitely going to be one of my go-to places to buy essentials!

I really, really love this company! They keep adding new products and it is well worth the membership cost. I purchased the lifetime membership when it was available and I use it all the time. I purchase whenever I need enough products that I qualify for free shipping and it is never a problem. The only difficulty is sticking to my budget. Their products are innovative, high quality, and I have a very high repurchase rate. I don't love every product, but I love enough that I don't worry about trying wanting to try something new: I know chances are very high that I will be very satisfied with any product I purchase. I really do my research before committing to a site as a staple to fill our family's needs. This site is a definite staple.
